The pasta making class will teach you how to make fresh pasta from scratch. You'll learn the techniques for kneading the dough, rolling it out, and cutting it into classic shapes like fettuccine, ravioli, and spaghetti. You'll also learn about the different sauces that complement the pasta, and how to make them.
Next up, the gelato making class will show you how to make this creamy, dreamy dessert. You'll learn about the various ingredients that go into a high-quality gelato, including the use of fresh, seasonal fruit. You'll also learn how to make the perfect textures and flavors for your gelato, from the classic vanilla and chocolate to more unique combinations, like hazelnut and pistachio.
Both classes will be taught in English by expert chefs who are passionate about Italian cuisine. You'll have the chance to taste your creations and take home some recipe cards, so you can continue to make these delicious dishes for yourself and your loved ones.
